The former Parcelforce depot at Stephenson Street, West Ham, is set to be transformed into a new neighbourhood. Here you can find out information about the proposed development and leave your feedback on the early proposals that are being worked up for the site.
In November last year, Berkeley was appointed by the GLA to transform the former Parcelforce depot in West Ham into a vibrant ‘new piece of London’. Following this agreement, Berkeley appointed renowned architects Patel Taylor to take forward some early ideas for the site to provide a high quality new development for West Ham.
Following an extensive public consultation programme, we submitted an application to Newham Council. On 20 February 2018, the Council’s Strategic Development Committee approved our proposals.
We are still keen to hear your views and in the coming months there will be a number of opportunities to engage with the team and contribute to the scheme.
Please contact the team directly if you would like to receive updates on the progress of the planning application.
You can leave your comments on the designs through a number of channels.
You can send them to our dedicated email address; firstname.lastname@example.org call our Freephone consultation number on 0800 307 7572.
